We want you to love your look, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain beauty products must be unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Securely place your items in their original packaging and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
